The goods sent to the customer are always accompanied by the INVOICE
The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.
Packages are delivered directly to your home by express couriers GLS or BRT or by SDA / Poste Italiane chosen by the customer when placing the order.
In the event that the delivery area is temporarily not served by the chosen courier, we reserve the right to use a different courier.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the customer must follow the instructions on the stock notice and arrange for the return request or collection at the courier depot or at the relevant post office within 3 working days.
Alternatively, it is possible to collect the ordered material directly at our store also with payment on delivery.
RETURN TO SENDER FOR REFUSAL OR FAILURE WITHDRAWAL OR PAYMENT:
If the package returns due to refusal or failure to collect by the customer, a full reimbursement of the transport costs incurred for the shipment, for the return of the package and any storage costs, insurance and cash on delivery in addition to Euro 10.00 for expenses will be requested as management for non-sale to be paid by the customer within 30 days of our notification of the request. After 30 days we will provide for recovery through a justice of the peace or our law firm.
For private customers, the prices of all items for sale on our site include VAT. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight / volume of the goods and shown directly in the cart.
INVOICING VAT FREE:
For European companies with VAT number validate on VIES we can invoice without Italian VAT.
Please enter you company VAT number in the appropriate field only if it is valid on VIES for billing without VAT otherwise enter your VAT number in the order notes.
In case of doubt about the validity of your VAT number, please send us the number for verification to firstname.lastname@example.org
SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE:
Our company can ship worlwide but our system is not able to calculate the cost for shipment outside Europe, so please ask for information by email to email@example.com providing your complete delivery address with zip code.
Furthermore the 22% Italian VAT will be deducted from the item prices.
Orders of less than € 19.00 will not be accepted (amount of goods alone excluding transport and other costs)
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- by credit card via Paypal (Italy and Europe with a commission fee of 3.5% + € 0.35 on the total transaction amount)
(other countries with a commission fee of 5.8% + € 0.65 on the total transaction amount)
- by payment on our Postepay card (only for Italian customers)*
- by advance bank transfer (only for countries included in SEPA circuit)*
- cash on delivery (not available for the first order and for customers outside Italy), with collection commissions charged. If cash on delivery is requested, collection commission is 2% of the total amount will be added to the normal shipping cost with a minimum of Euro 6.00.
*In case of non-receipt of payment within 5 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled
The goods available for immediate delivery will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
For the one not immediately available in stock, reference is made to the times indicated on our website. The mentioned times are however to be considered indicative and may lengthen due to unavailability of products from our suppliers, holidays and closure of suppliers for summer holidays. To be sure of waiting times, please ask us before placing your order.
In case of delay with respect to what is described, we will inform the customer within 3 days of receiving the order.
For material available on order with delivery times indicated that go beyond 30 days, there is the possibility to pay only a deposit of 20% when ordering and the balance when goods are available.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 days of receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by email to: email@example.com.
This communication must contain information that clearly and unambiguously identifies the product to be returned, as well as information on how to reimburse (bank transfer, Postepay recharge, Paypal, etc.)
A note will also be appreciated indicating the reasons for not liking the product.
After receiving our authorization to return, the products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer at his own expense within 10 days, in conditions of substantial integrity and in the same packaging, to the address of our company headquarters.
Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will credit the customer with the cost of the returned products within 15 working days.
Transportation costs incurred for shipping and additional ancillary costs such as payment commission or insurance fees are non-refundable.
The right of withdrawal does not include out of stock items ordered specifically for the customer, the cable cut to size, the connection cables made by us on the customer's order and the items on promotional offer.
The right of withdrawal is only valid for private customers.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY (Direct Warranty)
In accordance with the applicable laws, all products sold on AudioVideoParts are covered by the direct official guarantee of the manufacturer or supplier.
The 2-year warranty from the issue of the invoice is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for merchants and resellers. In the event of a commercial invoice being issued to a company, the warranty is valid for 1 year as it assumes professional use of the purchased product.
All products sold will always be accompanied by a regular document proving the sale which must also be kept for the purposes of the aforementioned guarantee. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer for improper use of the purchased product.
The aforementioned conditions of sale are understood to be read and accepted by the customer who must necessarily confirm acceptance of the terms of service before sending the order.
